About me

I graduated from Mansoura University in Communications & Electronics Engineering with Distinction with Honours — A+, 90.9%, in the top 20 of my cohort.
Today I'm on an intensive four-month fellowship at the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI): 420 hours of telecom lab work paired with an on-site corporate internship in end-to-end mobile network planning, RF optimization, 5G Standalone, Open RAN and AI-driven automation.
Before that I completed the full 2G-to-5G engineering track, an 80-hour antenna design programme at the Electronics Research Institute and the Radio & TV Institute's telecommunications course — and led my graduation team to an A+ on a real-time health-monitoring system.
I'm action-oriented and quick to learn, I like lifting the people around me, and I care about details — the same mindset behind BALLOON, the stationery brand I run.

Link budgets across legacy and NR bands (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR); cluster design, site placement and Monte Carlo capacity simulation in Atoll; TEMS Discovery and Actix drive-test analysis to fix coverage holes, pilot pollution and overshooting.
5G core & radio
5G Service-Based Architecture and gNB CU/DU functional splits; 3D Massive MIMO beam patterns; eMBB and URLLC network slices (NSSAI, 5QI).
Signalling & troubleshooting
LTE Attach, 5G SA Registration, NGAP, NAS and RACH flows in Wireshark; VoNR SIP signalling, latency budgets and MOS.
Open RAN & cloud RAN
O-RAN 7-2x splits (O-CU, O-DU, O-RU) over eCPRI; Near-RT and Non-RT RIC with xApps/rApps; containerised, scaled vBBUs on Kubernetes.
Python automation & AI
Pandas/NumPy scripts parsing OSS PM counters and CDRs to find worst cells; parameter changes automated over REST APIs; ML traffic-prediction models for energy saving.
Capstone: smart-city 5G
An end-to-end 5G SA / O-RAN smart-city network with closed-loop traffic steering and dynamic slicing, presented to industry.

A real-time IoT platform for elderly patients. Biometric sensors feed an embedded microcontroller; a Python machine-learning pipeline flags abnormal readings and alerts caregivers straight away — taking the guesswork out of remote care.
